Poster

I chose this image for my poster as i believed it was the main image from my film and it would easily link in with the film. I used the theme again of black white and red as was used throughout the whole of my production and ancillary texts. I also think that through this picture it creates the passion of the film and reveals the two main characters which the audience will be able to relate to the most. The use of a mid shot of the couple creates a sense of closeness whilst also being detached from the picture itself

From researching romantic drama film posters I ensured that I used all the conventions of a poster. These were: film website address, "coming soon", credits and cast names which was also on the teaser trailer final screen.
I also found that most of the film posters used a key shot from the film or teaser trailer to entice audiences in to watch the film.
