Magazine Cover

I used the same image which I have used throughout all of my media ancillary tasks as it is easily recognisable and links straight to my teaser trailer. By using the same colour scheme and the same font and image through this has made my texts cohesive. The colour scheme again was black white and red which is a common colour scheme to do with Romantic Drama genres.
Ii used examples of Empire to create my magazine front page so when creating it I used the common "Empire" title but I used a font very close to the Empire logo to creat this I also noticed that the date and price was always inside the "M" in Empire. I used there typical strapline for the magazine which was "the world's biggest movie magazine" on the left hand side as well as ensuring the website was written on the right hand side underneath the title. I included a barcode as this was a main convention in all of the magazine covers I researched.
I used the title of my film on the front of the magazine along side the image from the teaser trailer which I used. I also ensured I had exclusive interviews and poster pull outs on the front page. I also made the Empire magazine a special love edition as it was promoting the premier of my movie.
