Website

For one of my ancillary tasks I had to make a website to appeal to an audience that was specific to my trailer audience. There were several different programmes that I could use togcreate this website; dreamweaver; google sites and iweb on the macs. I decided that overall the most professional looking website programme was iweb as it would create the website with links and the layout was simple and when finished was done to a very professional level.
The layout that I used for my website was a grey and black background as throughout most of my film I have desaturated the colour to make it appear like time is moving on. The desaturated colour makes it appear like it is in a past sense which is what I was going for. It was also very easy to make this design template cohesive with my other ancillary tasks.
For the home page of my website I used two still images from the film which to me were the most important images. They were also the two images that were very well framed and one was desaturated. I followed the theme from the "Remember Me" website because on the website there is a desaturated picture and across the top it tels names of the actors which I have used for my website. I have also used the becoe a fan on facebook link which is also on the remember me website. I included a link to my teaser trailer as most of the websites I looked at had a link instead of it just being on the home paage.

Here is the link to my website:
